Brief and to the point — on what the materials of this site are and are not, how the House handles its words and your data, and under which jurisdiction it works.
The materials on the DAAT site and the letters of the DAAT Institute are of a reference nature. Until a mandate is concluded, nothing published here constitutes tax, legal, accounting or investment advice, and none of it may serve as the basis for a decision on a particular structure.
Tax and regulatory rules change and depend on a multitude of facts that a public page cannot know. A personal position of the House arises only within a mandate — after the Diagnostic, on the basis of your circumstances and under the signature of a partner of the House.
DAAT does not cite a track record, a number of clients, assets under stewardship or a “success rate” that it is not entitled or not prepared to confirm in writing. Where there is no figure on the site, that is deliberate: the House prefers silence to an unverifiable claim.
The House is being built in 2026. The specifics you see concern regulation (the texts of laws, treaties and regulations), the method and the cost of moves — not an invented history. Any estimate of a result for your structure is given only within a mandate and only in defensible terms.
Discretion is the foundation of the House, not an option. The information you transmit through the Diagnostic form or in correspondence is processed solely to answer your enquiry and to carry a possible mandate. It is not sold, not passed to third parties for marketing purposes and does not leave the circle of the House without your consent — save where the law expressly requires it.
Data is held on the secured sovereign infrastructure of the House, with access restricted on a need-to-know basis. You are entitled to request what information is held about you, to correct it or to demand its erasure — within the limits permitted by applicable retention requirements.
DAAT is a private house of international tax and structuring counsel, headquartered in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Dubai, UAE. Implementation in each of the 190+ jurisdictions is carried out through certified local partners, acting under their own regulation in their own jurisdiction.
The scope of services, the responsibilities of the parties and the applicable law are determined by a written mandate. This page creates no “client — adviser” relationship and is not a public offer.
The mark, the word DAAT, the knot-seal and the slogan “A patrimony for the ages” belong to the House. The content of the site is intended for reference; its reproduction or commercial use without the consent of the House is not permitted.
