The managing partner of the House. Under her name the House accepts mandates, and her signature stands beneath the rules by which it works. In a house built from nothing, the partner’s name stands in for a century-old sign: you trust not a legend, but a person who answers for every decision in person.
The principle is simple and old. The machine computes a million options — the partner chooses one and signs. Responsibility does not dissolve in process and is not passed between assistants. One partner leads the mandate from the first Diagnostic to the settled position.
