House · The Diagnostic
The first move of the House

Days, not months. One document. A partner’s signature.

Every mandate of the House begins the same way: not with a call that obliges no one, but with a Diagnostic — a written reading of your position, signed by a partner. You do not need to formulate the task. Send what exists; the House will frame the problem itself.

What you send

Five things. As they are.

  • Who holds what: companies, accounts, property, funds — in whatever form you keep it, even a note.
  • Where you and your family are resident, and where you actually live.
  • The banks you work with, and any that have declined or asked questions.
  • What is planned or feared: a sale, a move, an inheritance, an enquiry.
  • What troubles you most — one sentence is enough.

Everything enters the House’s own secure vault and stays within the perimeter of the House. What enters the House stays in the House.

What you receive

One document, four answers

The map of risks
An ownership graph as it stands, and where it is exposed: to banks, to the exchange of information, to succession, to the next change of rules.
The scoring
How legible your position is to a private bank — measured, not guessed. The DAAT Index across five dimensions.
The options for a structure
Two or three moves the House considers right, with what each one costs, holds and demands of you.
The next move
Which single step comes first, and why. If the honest answer is that nothing needs to be done — the document says so.
The terms

Paid. And credited in full.

The Diagnostic is a paid engagement of the House: days of a partner’s undivided attention and the apparatus behind them, closed by a personal signature. How many days depends on the structure — the partner names the timing together with the fee in reply to your request — and is credited in full against the mandate that follows. Those who proceed pay for the Diagnostic nothing at all; those who do not, keep the document and the map it holds.

Your request is answered by a partner of the House, not a sales desk.

Set the House the task

A short letter is enough. The partner replies personally.
